3) How we collect data

  • Directly from you (forms, settings, messages).
  • Automatically via cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies.
  • From connected platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) when you authorize.
  • From partners (e-commerce integrations, shipping providers, analytics) to operate a campaign.

4) How we use data

  • Operate and improve the Service (matching, shipping, verification, analytics, attribution).
  • Authenticate you and secure accounts; prevent fraud and abuse.
  • Facilitate escrow, payouts, and invoicing via payment providers.
  • Send transactional messages (offers, reminders, approvals, payout notices) and, where permitted, product updates/marketing (you can opt out).
  • Comply with laws, platform policies, and enforce our Terms.

5) Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

We process personal data only where we have a legal basis, including:

  • Contract (to provide the Service and fulfill deals),
  • Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement, communications related to your use),
  • Consent (connecting social accounts; certain cookies/marketing), which you may withdraw at any time, and
  • Legal obligation (tax, accounting, KYC/AML).

6) Sharing & disclosure

We share data with:

  • Processors acting on our behalf (cloud hosting, email/SMS, analytics, error logging, shipping, payments such as Stripe Connect).
  • Counterparties to a deal (brands/creators) as needed to operate that deal (e.g., shipping name/address, handle/links, post verification).
  • Affiliates and professional advisors.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose aggregated or de-identified data.

7) International transfers

We may transfer personal data to the United States and other countries where we or our processors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

8) Retention

We keep personal data as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes (e.g., records, fraud prevention), then delete or anonymize it. Financial/transaction data may be retained to meet legal obligations.

9) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to/restrict processing of your personal data. You can exercise rights by emailing [email protected].

For marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link. For connected platforms, you can revoke Influra's access in the platform's settings.

10) Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, measure performance, and run attribution. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

11) Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or as defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect such data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us to delete it.

12) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption in transit/at rest where applicable, access controls, audits). No method is 100% secure.

13) Automated decision-making

We may use automated scoring (e.g., match/reliability scoring) to recommend collaborations. You can contact us to request human review of significant decisions that affect you where required by law.

14) Do Not Sell/Share & targeted ads (US state laws)

We do not "sell" personal information as defined by applicable laws. We may use limited data for measurement and attribution; where required, we provide opt-out mechanisms for targeted advertising.

15) Third-party sites & platforms

Links to third-party sites/platforms are provided for convenience; their privacy practices are their own. When you connect a social platform, your data with that platform remains governed by its policies.

16) Changes
